Bye Requests and “late entries”:

Please try to give us at least two days’ notice if you are unable to make it to a round. It would be ideal if you told us before the commencement of the previous round, but we understand life happens.
If we have less than two days notice, the player may forfeit the game.

If a player does not give us any notice and does not arrive to the round, this will be noted; the second time this happens the player will be removed from the draw.
