Playing Schedule
- The 2017 Geelong Chess Club Championship Tournament commenced on Thursday, 1st June, 2017 and was completed on Sunday, 26th November, 2017.
- The event was a fifteen-round Round Robin Tournament, with all players competing for the 2017 Club Championship.
- Players had 90 minutes to complete all moves, with a 30 second increment per move.
- All games were ACF rated.
- Clocks started at 7pm on Thursdays.
Postponements
Players can request a postponement if they are unable to attend a round. Please forward postponement requests to:

Please note:
- Postponement requests must be submitted no later than 5pm on the Tuesday before the requested round.
- The requesting player must make arrangements with their opponent (as listed on the Tournament Page for that round) to re-schedule their match.
- Players may accumulate no more than three postponements.
- If preferred, postponements may be re-scheduled to after the Championship concludes on 7th September, 2017.
- All postponements must be completed by Thursday, 9th November, 2017.
- Postponements not completed are forfeited by the requesting player.
